Bryan Bohman, MD, is Associate Chief Medical Officer for Workforce Health and Wellness, Clinical Professor of Medicine and of Anesthesiology, Co-Director of the Clinical Effectiveness Leadership Training (CELT) program and Senior Advisor to the WellMD & WellPhD Center at Stanford Health Care (SHC). He has previously served as SHC’s Chief of Staff, as Chief Medical Officer for Stanford Medicine Partners (the community-based network), and as a member of SHC’s Board of Directors. Bryan initiated Stanford Medicine’s Wellness Committee in 2010 and led the establishment of Stanford’s WellMD Center in 2015, serving as interim director and then as Senior Advisor. Bryan’s professional and research interests focus largely on the relationship between the well-being of healthcare personnel and healthcare system performance. He also continues active clinical practice in anesthesiology and occupational health.
