Cynthia Williams

Cindy Williams is the Chief Operating Officer at WorkLife Partnership, a Denver-based social enterprise dedicated to economic equity and the success of every worker. In her role, Cindy executes on WorkLife’s vision and purpose to influence where business leaders invest in quality jobs that improve economic opportunity and mobility for their employees. Cindy oversees WorkLife’s business operations, including culture and workplace environment with a focus on the overall well-being and success of WorkLife’s own employees. In 2019, Cindy led WorkLife’s effort to become a licensed Colorado lender in order to launch its Small Dollar Loan Program, which provides safe lending for low- and moderate-income workers. Prior to joining WorkLife, Cindy managed the operations of an internationally-recognized online education company catering to the health & wellness industry. Cindy enjoys traveling with her husband, hiking, and practicing her love language through the food she grows and cooks for others.
