Emily Stirling MBA, MRC, CRC, is Social Well-being Director at Intermountain Health, focused on ways to help caregivers live their best lives. Before joining Intermountain Health, she was responsible for pioneering a wrap-around support and well-being model in American Job Centers across the state of Utah, garnering local and national recognition. She is a recognized leader and dedicated advocate for well-being in the workplace, passionate about identifying ways to support caregivers through implementing evidence-based practices and creating innovative programs to address social determinants of health. Outside of her work on employee well-being, Emily dedicates her time as Board Treasurer for Alliance House, a clubhouse for adults with mental illness. She previously served as the Board President for the Utah Rehabilitation Association. Emily holds master’s degrees in both business administration and rehabilitation counseling and is a nationally certified rehabilitation counselor.
