Jen Wright

Jen Wright, MPH, is Director of Workforce Experience at South Carolina Hospital Association (SCHA). Currently, Jen is leading the Workforce Experience team which focuses on organizational and systems design strategies to Care for the Care Team. As the Director of Working Well, she’s engaging and activating multi-sector employers, community partners, and legislators across the state to create cultures of well-being that support optional health and a thriving workforce. Jen also serves as the Chief Wellbeing Officer of S3LF, a mobile application being developed to specifically address the unique needs of the small business community. Additionally, Jen is certified in Positive Performance Visualization and Mindset Coaching, which allows her to incorporate elements of positive psychology and growth mindset to leadership and performance training. She earned her BS in exercise science from Truman State University and her Master of Public Health in health policy and administration from the University of Illinois Chicago.
