Jenniffer Gabriele

Jenniffer Gabriele is Senior Director, International Benefits at AECOM. In her role, she oversees global well-being and benefits initiatives for AECOM’s 55,000 global employee population. Prior to her current position, Jenn managed the U.S. Domestic health, life, and group plans at AECOM while overseeing their respective third-party administrator provider. Prior to joining AECOM, she managed all human resources functions at Los Angeles International Airport for the airport’s largest retailer, WH Smith. Jenn lives in Southern California with her husband, Chris, daughters, Natalia and Giuliana, and their four-legged family members, Jenson and Sissy Gabriele. In her free time, Jenn enjoys volunteering for the Simi Valley Historical Society.
