Lorna Friedman, MD
Lorna Friedman, MD, is a Senior Partner with Mercer, leading Global Health Transformation and Sustainability. She has extensive experience designing health solutions for communities and employee populations, including risk analysis, operations, and digital delivery. Lorna started her career in public health centers in Montana, New York, and Philadelphia. Her business career includes over 20 years in both domestic and international health settings. She has resided in London and Shanghai, overseeing health operations across 90 countries. Lorna trained in pediatrics at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and received an MBA from Columbia University. She recently completed a master's in social innovation and sustainability at the ILO in Turin. Lorna has served on boards focused on improving health access, including Digital Health Action Alliance, BluePrint Health, The American Council on Exercise, and the March of Dimes. In 2021, she was named Health Care Consultant of the year by Consulting Magazine.
