Marleece Estella

Marleece Estella, MD, MHCM, is an occupational health, internal medicine, and lifestyle medicine physician. She is the SVP of health and well-being and Chief Medical Officer at bp, where she is responsible for protecting and enhancing the health and well-being of over 60,000 employees globally. Prior to joining bp, Marleece was Chief Medical Officer at Lockheed Martin and served as Global Health and Safety Director at Deere & Company. Marleece holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Dillard University in New Orleans, Louisiana, a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in Rochester, New York, and a Master of Science from Harvard University School of Public Health in Boston, Massachusetts. She is board certified in Internal Medicine, Lifestyle Medicine, and as a physician nutritionist. She serves on the boards of HERO and the Leapfrog Group.
