Roger McMichael

Roger McMichael, MBA, currently serves as the Associate Superintendent for Carmel Clay Schools, in Carmel, Indiana. Roger is responsible for all aspects of the district’s business affairs including finance, benefits, facilities, transportation, technology, and food services. He was also key in developing a district wellness program and a nationally acclaimed employee wellness center. Roger has 48 years of experience working within public education, 28 of those years being at Carmel Clay Schools. He began his career in education teaching art and moved into business administration after completing his MBA. He graduated with both his Bachelor of Science degree in education and MBA from Indiana University. He is married and has four children.
