Roshi Fisher

Roshi Fisher, MPH, is Senior Vice President, Employee Experience Consulting and Operations at Blue Communications. She has extensive experience designing, implementing, and evaluating well-being programs. Roshi excels in leveraging data to support strategic planning with data-driven solutions, and she is passionate about collaborating with employers on creative strategies to enhance employee experience. Roshi leads a wide range of consulting projects for Blue clients, covering areas such as diversity & inclusion, global well-being, population health, employee and benefits value proposition(s), and enriching corporate culture. Roshi has a BS in biobehavioral health from Penn State University and a Master in Public Health with a concentration in health promotion & behavioral sciences from the University of Louisville. She recently earned a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University and is currently pursuing her MBA with a focus on management consulting back at Penn State University.
