Shannon Foulkes is a Senior Client Executive at Optum, where she works with large, strategic clients to implement population health management solutions that help employees lead healthier, more productive lives. In her current role, Shannon serves as the primary point of contact helping clients access Optum’s portfolio of clinical and wellness solutions. She collaborates with clients to develop data-driven management strategies to address the challenges members face. Shannon has more than 17 years of healthcare experience and has held many roles, including health coach, population health consultant, and senior client executive. Previously, Shannon worked in social services, specializing in adolescent mental health. She earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and holds a master’s degree in counseling psychology from St. Mary’s University. A daily runner and Peloton devotee, she loves to travel, hike, cook, and read.
