Sonya Finn is a Clinical Consultant with Marsh & McLennan Agency. She has 26 years of nursing experience and a background in acute care, case management of high-risk populations, utilization management, program development, and value-based healthcare. As part of the Marsh & McLennan Planning and Analytics for Total Health (PATH) Team, she participates in a collaborative process to develop, implement, and evaluate clinical strategies to assist clients with controlling health care costs, improving health outcomes, and promoting employee engagement.
