Tammy D. Allen

Tammy D. Allen, PhD, is Distinguished University Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of South Florida. Her work focuses on topics related to work and family, organizational practices such as remote work, occupational health, and employee career development. Tammy served as President of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (2013-2014) and as President of the Society for Occupational Health Psychology (2018-2019). She is a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, the American Psychological Association, the Association for Psychological Science, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and the Academy of Management
