Tre' McCalister

Tre’ McCalister, EdD, MA, is Founder and Managing Partner of McCalister and Associates, LLC. She is a trusted advisor and lead strategist providing consulting support to business leaders on US healthcare, clinical programs, global health programs, and well-being initiatives. Prior to consulting, Tre’ developed, and managed industry leading, award winning health and well-being initiatives for two large, global technology companies. Tre’ has been recognized as an industry leader, receiving the Value Based Health Leadership Award from The Institute of Health and Productivity Management (IHPM), the Distinguished Alumni Award from UT Austin, and was named one of the top 100 Health Promotion Practioners by WELCOA. Tre’ has a doctorate in health education with concentration in business administration from the University of Texas at Austin, and she completed her post-doctoral work with the Health Management Research Center at the University of Michigan specializing in corporate health program evaluation.
