Courtney Meckes

Courtney Meckes serves as Manager of Health and Welfare Benefits at First Horizon. She has been with First Horizon for thirteen years, and in her role, Courtney leads the Health & Welfare and Wellness teams. She is responsible for oversight of First Horizon’s Health & Welfare and Wellness programs, including strategy, administration, associate education and engagement, and communications & marketing for over 20 benefit plans. She has a large role in the advancement of First Horizon’s population health and serves as the Bank’s HIPAA Privacy Officer. Courtney has served on the Quality Council of First Horizon Bank and is a member of several Associate Resource Groups. She is an active member of First Horizon’s Mentorship program as both a Mentee and Mentor. Courtney serves on the HR Culture Committee as well as the Firstpower Month Planning Committee.
