Janice Trey

Janice Trey is a Certified Public Accountant and VP of Total Rewards for CNH Industrial. She has held executive functional leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies spanning agriculture equipment, semiconductor, and healthcare. Janice is passionate about improving well-being and is a frequent speaker on the topics of healthcare, financial wellness, rewards, savings and productivity, mobility, diversity, and technology. She has achieved various awards for her employers including the Healthiest Employer designation, Signature Awards in Investment Education and Financial Wellness Workshop. She has a track record of triple wins for employer-employee-stakeholders. She serves on various nonprofits boards, notably the Kennedy Center Circles Board. She is an award-winning artist, has founded scholarships for performing arts students and curated art exhibitions. She is multilingual and has lived and worked in three dozen countries. Janice is an alumna of the Harvard Business School and the University of Texas at Austin and holds a Management and Leadership certificate from MIT.
