Kim Kivimaki

Kim Kivimaki, MHA, is the Director, Colleague Health and Wellbeing on the Total Rewards team at Aon. Kim is responsible for the global Aon well-being strategy and the US health and welfare benefits. Kim helps to set annual well-being strategy and tactics, identifies vendors, and creates well-being programming for Aon colleagues. She works with the Chief Wellbeing Officer and regional leaders to deliver well-being programming across the globe. In addition, Kim oversees US health benefits where she works to ensure that US colleagues have access to a comprehensive benefit plan. Prior to Aon, she worked for the OSU Faculty and Staff Health Plan where she was responsible for the faculty and staff wellness program and developing new products and services. Kim earned a master’s degree in healthcare administration from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wittenberg University.
